Salary: $170,000 – $195,000

What you will do
- Build frontend interfaces, backend services, and APIs to integrate AI into clinical workflows.
- Develop and iterate on agentic systems using reasoning, tool use, and multi-step execution.
- Maintain RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge quality improvements.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, automated tests, and regression checks for AI performance.
- Deploy safety guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and production monitoring.
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and data teams to deliver reliable AI-powered experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- 1+ year of experience building with LLMs, agentic AI, or production AI systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern full-stack frameworks like React, Next.js, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) and RAG infrastructure.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, clinical, or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, clinical AI safety, or FDA AI/ML guidance.
- Experience with observability, quality metrics, and release checks for AI reliability.
