What you will do

• Build frontend interfaces, backend services, and APIs to integrate AI into clinical workflows.
• Develop and iterate on agentic systems using reasoning, tool use, and multi-step execution.
• Maintain RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge quality improvements.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, automated tests, and regression checks for AI performance.
• Deploy safety guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and data teams to deliver reliable AI-powered experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• 1+ year of experience building with LLMs, agentic AI, or production AI systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern full-stack frameworks like React, Next.js, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) and RAG infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, clinical, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, clinical AI safety, or FDA AI/ML guidance.
• Experience with observability, quality metrics, and release checks for AI reliability.
