Location: New York City (on-site, 5 days/week)

Salary: $240K–$600K (uncapped variable pay; guaranteed base $180,000)

What you will do

• Own AI workflow features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, and PR review collaboration with client engineers.
• Design and build reliable, auditable agent systems with humans in the loop where appropriate.
• Ramp into unfamiliar client codebases and ship production agentic systems (not prototypes).
• Prototype and roll out AI workflows with client engineering teams across real environments.
• Use agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to increase throughput and quality.
• Improve workflows across engagements by adopting refinements company-wide.

Requirements

• 3–8 years building and shipping production software end-to-end with a track record of scalable, clean systems.
• Experience shipping a production agentic system end-to-end (not a POC).
• AI as a core part of how you work, using agentic coding tools to raise quality and throughput.
• Operational discipline to manage parallel workstreams across multiple clients without losing clarity or quality.
• Collaborative rigor and high standards for yourself and others.
• Ability to travel to client sites about once a month.
