What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Patient Access Liaisons (PALs) acting as a player/coach.
• Partner with treatment sites to operationalize access through education on coverage, coding, billing, and REMS requirements.
• Serve as a regional expert in medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, navigating pharmacy and medical benefit pathways.
• Translate field insights and payer trends into actionable feedback to improve access pathways at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field reimbursement or patient access within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Proven experience building and leading regional field access teams.
• Deep understanding of buy-and-bill, site-of-care dynamics, prior authorization, and payer processes.
• Must have legal employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience leading in mental health or neuroscience domains.
• Experience supporting complex therapies (specialty, infusion, or REMS products).
