What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations, professional development, and HR duties for the IT analytics staff.
• Coordinate the design, testing, and implementation of new and legacy systems to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Oversee daily production issues, diagnose system outages, and resolve complex performance problems.
• Lead the development of data models, pipelines, and reporting structures using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and present findings to senior leadership.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards around data definitions and lineage across Epic environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, or related field with 3+ years of IT experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Must be based in the United States (implied by US tax/exempt status).
• Working knowledge of Epic clinical and operational workflows, including Ambulatory, Registration, and inpatient ADT processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric for designing scalable data models.
• Demonstrated experience managing analytics teams, including hiring, mentoring, and resource allocation.
• Proven project management skills to scope work and ensure on-time delivery of data initiatives.
