Salary: $8,233.34 - $13,175.00 Monthly

What you will do

• Partner with regional leaders to lead safety initiatives and ensure adherence to established HSE standards.
• Implement HSE training programs and onboard new associates on safe operating procedures.
• Ensure full OSHA compliance through regular inspections and mandatory reporting.
• Document HSE incidents and lead thorough accident investigations.
• Monitor work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure they meet safety requirements.
• Collaborate with worker’s compensation carriers to manage cases to completion.

Requirements

• Must be based near a regional facility and able to travel throughout IA, MN, ND, SD, MO, and KS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HSE specific experience in an industrial multi-site environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to create and train using Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and/or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Proven hazard recognition skills and ability to implement corrective action plans.

Nice to have

• CSP or another recognized safety credential.
• Certification in OSHA safety procedures.
