What you will do

• Implement the QA/QC Program across shop and field sites as scheduled.
• Ensure all fabrication, assemblies, and material control meet ASME and NBIC code requirements.
• Coordinate with Authorized Inspectors (AI) for on-site inspections and manage inspection hold points.
• Perform internal and external boiler inspections, including entries into confined spaces.
• Monitor NDE activities to ensure weld quality and manage non-conformance reports.
• Supervise subcontracted heat treatment and other controlled process activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ASME Section I, V, VIII Div. 1, IX and NBIC environments.
• Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time to support facility outages.
• Ability to work extended 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb scaffolding, and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to pass and wear a full-face respirator for extended durations.

Nice to have

• Minimum 2 years of tube or pipe welding experience.
