What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain AML Transaction Monitoring and Investigation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage and coach a team of Transaction Monitoring Associates and Specialists.
• Create and enhance transaction monitoring alerts to ensure end-to-end compliance with updated regulations.
• Analyze customer transaction patterns and document thorough investigations to support conclusions.
• Oversee the timeliness and correctness of AMLC reports and evaluate STR submissions.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve processes and streamline compliance operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring and Investigation within the banking or financial services industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years of people management and supervisory experience is a MUST.
• Relevant exposure to Covered Transaction (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR).
• Strong familiarity with AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines (ARRG).
• Graduate of a 4-year business, accounting, law, or related course.
• Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
