What you will do
- Manage investigation cases received through the shared mailbox, hotline, and internal departments.
- Conduct initial and end-to-end investigations across different risk levels.
- Collect, preserve, process, analyze, and interpret digital and operational evidence from sources including social media.
- Implement fraud prevention and investigation programs, policies, systems, documentation, and investigation plans.
- Conduct covert and overt investigations, surveillance, and counter-surveillance.
- Coordinate risk mitigation strategies with internal departments and represent the company in prosecution and litigation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in criminology or a related four-year course.
- At least three years of investigation experience, preferably in finance, banking, or security.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Law enforcement or military background.
