Salary: £110,000 – £150,000

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including schedule management, documentation, and action item follow-ups.
  • Track CEO priorities and internal deliverables to ensure timelines are met and issues are escalated early.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Handle hands-on administrative work, including data tracking, reporting, and maintaining internal workflows.
  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and internal updates to support leadership decision-making.
  • Support urgent ad-hoc requests and special projects assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Experience in internal operations, administrative support, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organization and task-tracking skills for managing multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and documentation tools.
  • Clear written communication for internal updates and summaries.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
