What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of global events across DACH, France, UK, and US markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with vendors and venues to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate event logistics to ensure commitments are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage end-to-end billing and invoice workflows between the event team and finance.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status tracking for ongoing projects.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize event research and briefing processes.

Requirements

• Currently studying marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and a high level of dependability.
