Salary: $45,000 + Uncapped Commission ($75k-85k 1st year OTE)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different stakeholders.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work full-time from the physical office in Charlotte.
