TL;DR
Hashicorp Solutions Engineer (HashiCorp): Partnering with Singapore Public Sector clients to identify challenges and propose HashiCorp solutions, driving adoption and value realization with an accent on technical pre-sales, customer journey support, and public sector stakeholder engagement. Focus on designing secure, compliant, and scalable cloud adoption and DevSecOps solutions while navigating local regulatory frameworks.
Location: Hybrid in Singapore. Occasional international travel required.

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to public sector accounts and stakeholders in Singapore.
- Design and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable cloud adoption and DevSecOps solutions.
- Influence decisions through effective presentations, demos, and technical engagements.
- Guide customers through value realization, demonstrating business value of HashiCorp solutions.
- Drive expansion within current product lines and promote multi-product integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts.
Requirements
- 6+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role.
- Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Proven experience implementing software products or solutions in large enterprise companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed, with domestic and occasional international travel required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of and experience with HashiCorp portfolio tools.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps).
