What you will do

• Support procurement activities for data center operations across multiple business regions.
• Coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of operational services, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Data Center Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Manage supplier communications and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Administer contracts, process purchase orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
• Coordinate invoice validation and payment follow-up activities.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or IT operations.
• Understanding of procurement workflows, contract management, and invoice processing.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Professional proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data center, IT infrastructure, or cloud operations.
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of international supplier management.
