What you will do

• Coordinate and integrate the flow of materials, services, and information between suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Procure assigned commodities, handle negotiations, and create purchase orders and change orders in SAP.
• Manage the entire contract life cycle, including initiation, procurement, award, administration, and closeout.
• Develop supply chain designs and processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Law Department to review and align Terms and Conditions for contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance and advise end-users on procurement planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Accounting, Legal, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain (approximately 9 years if no degree).
• In-depth knowledge and experience of the full contract life cycle.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good English skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be based in The Hague, NL.
