What you will do
- Assemble precision mechanical and electronic components to tight tolerances.
- Build and test assemblies based on drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Support the modification, rework, and testing of sub-assemblies.
- Identify and report issues by raising non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and quality-focused workspace.
- Contribute to team tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated with a team-first mindset.
- Organized and reliable within a structured production environment.
- Must be based in or have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
