What you will do

• Assemble precision mechanical and electronic components to tight tolerances.
• Build and test assemblies based on drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Support the modification, rework, and testing of sub-assemblies.
• Identify and report issues by raising non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and quality-focused workspace.
• Contribute to team tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated with a team-first mindset.
• Organized and reliable within a structured production environment.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
