What you will do

• Carry out routine testing and mechanical servicing of medical equipment to relevant standards.
• Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and equipment calibration.
• Manage spare parts stock levels to ensure timely response to call-outs.
• Produce quality service documentation and detailed validation reports.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal technical departments.
• Ensure strict compliance with Quality System and Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements

• Qualification in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or sufficient equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in field-based or site-based technical work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems (e.g., GForce).
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude toward both teamwork and independent work.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Enfield.
• Excellent communication skills and professional interpersonal manner.
