What you will do

• Assemble small components using detailed work instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate hand tools and small assembly equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area following health and safety procedures.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Promptly report any faults, defects, or issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Benton.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow strict instructions and work to a high standard.
• Reliability and good timekeeping.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is desirable.
