What you will do

• Perform installation, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance of medical equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults independently according to established procedures.
• Manage technical communication with customers, providing explanations and setting realistic expectations.
• Implement field service corrective actions (FSCA) and ensure timely documentation of all service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Training Academy to provide technical training to new joiners and distributors.
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital infection control and safety policies during field visits.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent medical device related educational background.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance.
• Ability to travel and support South East Asia (SEA) as and when required.
• Fluent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and ability to interpret service manuals.
