What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and software upgrades for ZOLL medical devices.
• Conduct calibration of products in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate service work documentation and manage service assets in the system.
• Support asset sighting and audit activities to ensure ISO13485 and GDPMDS compliance.
• Oversee service depot workflow and maintain workplace organization using 5S principles.
• Provide daily operational support to the Service Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device servicing or a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with ISO13485 compliance and service documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
