What you will do

• Perform technical support, troubleshooting, and repair of medical device product lines at customer hospital sites and the ZOLL service center.
• Schedule and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance and testing of product lines.
• Complete detailed service documentation in compliance with federal medical device reporting requirements and internal ZOLL systems.
• Provide technical training on ZOLL products to distributors and clinical staff.
• Manage customer complaints by performing device investigations and writing detailed reports.
• Provide feedback to manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D teams to improve product performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment in hospital or clinic environments.
• Thorough understanding of FDA and ISO 13485 medical device quality system standards.
• Strong technical skills in electromechanical medical devices.
• Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for working in busy hospital environments.
