What you will do

• Own and drive initiatives focused on customer activation, retention, engagement, and monetization for the SMB segment.
• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives.
• Identify growth levers and customer pain points through data analysis, experimentation, and user research.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact enhancements.
• Implement experimentation frameworks and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in growth, PLG, or lifecycle optimization.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Advanced analytical skills including proficiency in SQL, dashboards, and large datasets.
• Proven experience in product analytics, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of scaling products or initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce, logistics, shipping, fulfillment, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
