What you will do

• Act as a recognized industry expert for critical processing industries including power, steam, and food/beverage.
• Provide deep technical knowledge to influence product development and strategic marketing plans.
• Partner with sales and project teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Solve complex water treatment and monitoring challenges to deliver operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Develop technical collateral, application notes, and lead industry seminars or training programs.
• Contribute to product strategy through direct voice-of-customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or Engineering required.
• 8–10 years of technical applications experience in relevant products or services.
• Proven experience managing, optimizing, or designing industrial water treatment systems.
• Strong customer-facing experience in commercial, sales, or project-based roles.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Experience with national and global market dynamics.
