What you will do

• Lead front-end development activities for European AI data centre projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and colocation opportunities.
• Execute market screening and site identification to match GPU needs with available capacity across EMEA.
• Conduct comprehensive site feasibility assessments and coordinate multidisciplinary due diligence (legal, geotechnical, environmental, and utilities).
• Drive the permitting process, including roadmaps, technical submissions, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead engagement with utility providers for power, fibre, gas, and water, including grid connection applications.
• Develop risk-adjusted project cost plans, schedules, and Project Execution Plans to enable smooth delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-side, front-end development of data centres or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in site acquisition, due diligence, permitting, and pre-construction coordination.
• Strong technical grasp of utility infrastructure and large-scale planning systems.
• Degree in Engineering, Planning, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work flexibly within the UK or Europe.
