Salary: CA$110,407 – CA$122,029

What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts via calls, emails, and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Partner directly with Enterprise Account Executives on target accounts, pipeline priorities, and handoffs.
  • Research accounts and identify key stakeholders to craft personalized, high-response messaging.
  • Utilize AI and sales automation tools to scale personalization and optimize workflow.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences across North America.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Events teams to identify new lead angles.

Requirements

  • Early-career professional with a clear interest in technology and sales.
  • Collaborative team player with experience in group settings (e.g., sports teams, volunteer leadership).
  • Resilience and comfort with cold outreach.
  • Self-directed mindset with a focus on exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Toronto.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or other outbound sales environments.
  • Experience in ecommerce or building a brand.
  • Background in high-ownership or high-effort environments (hospitality, volunteering, sports).
