What you will do
- Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-search optimization.
- Build and optimize content structures specifically designed for AI-generated answers in tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
- Conduct keyword and topic research tailored to accounting, e-commerce, and fintech audiences.
- Perform regular site audits to resolve technical issues such as crawlability, site speed, and structured data.
- Collaborate with Content, Product, and Engineering teams to produce high-ranking pillar pages and topic clusters.
- Track and report on organic performance metrics using Google Search Console and SEMrush.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and rankings in competitive niches.
- Working knowledge of LLM/AI search optimization (GEO/AEO) and how AI tools cite content.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and page speed.
- Familiarity with HTML, structured data formats, or Markdown is a must.
- Strong written English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Webflow and Hubspot.
- Background in fintech, accounting, or e-commerce.
- Experience with YMYL content.
