What you will do
- Lead multiple end-to-end projects from scoping to delivery.
- Design and optimize customer journeys to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and sales conversion.
- Create detailed project plans with clear timelines and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer journeys with business goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify growth opportunities.
- Communicate insights and project results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Customer Journey Expert in commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and banking regulations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
- Must be based in or able to work in Brussels, Belgium
