What you will do

• Implement verification and validation processes to ensure correct Unique Asset Identifiers (UAID) across the supply chain.
• Provide quality assurance to BBVS and HS2 regarding UAID assignment and change control.
• Coordinate the delivery, capture, and storage of Asset Information according to project and subcontractor requirements.
• Perform site visits for quality assurance and verification of asset labeling and produce status reports.
• Create and deliver training programs for asset information management systems, specifically ALIM.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting for supply chain audits.

Requirements

• Experience in information management for major rail or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Asset Information Management Systems such as ALIM or eB.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including line management of technical staff.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for engaging clients and contractors.
• Knowledge of data quality assurance, verification, and validation principles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
