Salary: $120,215 – $146,929

What you will do

  • Lead high-complexity enterprise migrations as the primary client contact across 30+ EMR systems.
  • Design and implement repeatable operational processes, including standardized data mapping guides and QA checklists.
  • Manage the function's KPI dashboard, including timeliness, accuracy, and throughput.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to increase team autonomy and skill levels.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate migration failure modes into product improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 6–10 years of experience leading data migrations, EMR implementations, or SaaS onboarding in a client-facing capacity.
  • Technical fluency in data mapping, validation, and ETL processes.
  • Proven track record of people management and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to communicate complex data problems to non-technical audiences.
