Buyer Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate the material flow of assigned purchased parts from demand requirements through the point of use.
• Create, review, release, and update purchase orders, including holds, changes, cancellations, and return authorizations.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve documentation, invoice, delivery, and quality issues to protect customer commitments and production schedules.
• Coordinate NCR disposition and ECN implementation for assigned items.
• Maintain supplier relationships, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement in line with the hirify.global Code of Business Conduct.
• Develop reports and recommendations to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and KPI performance in cooperation with Supply Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, materials management, or comparable experience.
• Preferred: 2–3 years of experience in a buying function.
• Knowledge of MRP and related systems is preferred.
• Working knowledge of assigned products and processes, with the ability to follow company policies and quality systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Meiwa-Cho, Japan.
