What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality, fit-for-purpose technical AI solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI prototypes leveraging agentic AI frameworks.
• Own delivery end-to-end, from scoping to production deployment of scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Capture deployment learnings to inform enhancements to core AI platforms and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product teams through code contributions and feedback to evolve AI platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, or other modern languages like C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, Git, GitHub, Pandas, and Spark.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI.
• Located in Spain and fluent in Spanish.
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and libraries like Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Practical experience deploying RAG architectures and integrating structured/unstructured knowledge sources.
• Ability to communicate technical value to executive-level stakeholders.
