What you will do
- Define the strategic roadmap for AI integration in public transport solutions.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, focusing on talent attraction and development.

- Collaborate with product leaders to align technical solutions with market needs.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Spain.
- Proven experience in leading innovative AI or data-related projects.
- Strong expertise in AI architectures, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience in building teams from scratch and scaling technology capabilities.
- Knowledge of generative AI, NLP, and computer vision.
