What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions for complex client projects.
• Build production-ready ML/AI models using solid software engineering principles.
• Implement MLOps practices for automated deployment and infrastructure monitoring.
• Perform data analysis, cleaning, and variable transformation.
• Parallelize, optimize, and tune models for high-performance production environments.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary Agile teams to deliver high-impact software.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end software products with AI/ML components.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep background in NLP and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud-based solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data tools and DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, Agentic AI, and cognitive services.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
