What you will do

• Design and implement complex, multi-step AI workflows using LangGraph to manage state, loops, and conditional logic.
• Develop, test, and version-control advanced prompts using Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, and ReAct techniques.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines, including document parsing, embedding optimization, and vector database management.
• Establish automated evaluation frameworks to measure hallucination rates, groundedness, and relevancy.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing for prompts, and structured logging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with 1+ year deploying LLM-based applications in production.
• Deep proficiency in Python, including async programming, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Expertise in managing conversational state and memory in complex, non-linear AI graphs.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Barcelona or able to work from the Barcelona office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain/Langgraph.
• Experience with prompt engineering and optimization.
