What you will do

• Manage complex projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Produce accurate status reporting on milestones, risks, and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Oversee project resource plans and maintain tight control over project budgets.
• Lead and motivate teams, providing guidance to Junior Project Managers.
• Chair steering committees and coordinate discovery workshops with external stakeholders.
• Resolve client escalations and manage expectations with diplomacy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development project management, ideally within an eCommerce retail environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage and build relationships with senior external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery techniques and lean ways of working.
• Experience managing people and financial budgets.
