What you will do

• Identify high-friction workflows and operational bottlenecks for AI and automation opportunities.
• Translate Generative AI, AI agents, and predictive analytics into scalable business solutions.
• Design and prototype AI-powered automation to streamline workflows and supplier experiences.
• Lead automation initiatives from discovery and business case development to implementation and measurement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Security teams to deliver secure AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations with a track record of driving process automation.
• 1+ years of experience specifically focused on applied AI or Generative AI.
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to bridge business challenges with technical AI and automation solutions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and executing complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.
