Project Co-ordinator (Telecom)

What you will do

• Deliver work orders and project support activities of varying size and complexity.
• Organize and control delivery activities, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is updated accurately.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues through the maintenance of a RAID log.
• Book and manage delivery resources and interface with 3rd party suppliers.
• Track work order costs and manage changes to scope and budget.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in risk management, including identification and mitigation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to undergo National Security Vetting, including Government Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV levels.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a project delivery environment.
• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and techniques.
• Experience in financial management, such as tracking costs or budgets.
• Experience using AI tools, such as Copilot, to support productivity.
