What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate summits, team-building activities, and celebrations within budgetary constraints.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from conception to completion, overseeing timelines and deliverables.
• Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of branded merchandise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide updates and address feedback on event planning.
• Evaluate event success through attendee feedback and post-event analysis to provide improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
• Ability to demonstrate adaptability and rapid response to challenges.

• Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
