What you will do

• Serve as the primary site focal point for facilities management and landlord/condominium administration.
• Manage service contracts, utilities, licenses, and regulatory permits to ensure the right to operate.
• Oversee budget control, invoice processing, cost tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Handle office occupancy, space planning, and workstation assignments for employees.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements and coordinate emergency drills.
• Manage site security services, access control, and CCTV in coordination with the landlord.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in facilities management, vendor, and contract management.
• Knowledge of EHS, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Power BI and SharePoint are desirable).
• English: Intermediate (B1) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico (100% On Site).
