What you will do

• Drive the customer supply chain team to deliver against requirements and maintain SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage material flow between warehouses and customer sites, including order management and fulfillment.
• Lead complex Field Operations Projects in collaboration with the central team in the Netherlands.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Forecast demand and plan material delivery to support customer services with long-term solutions.
• Act as a mentor and coach for team members, fostering a lean way of thinking across the department.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex projects (Supply Chain Quality, Global Procurement, or Industrial Engineering) within a total of 20 years of work experience.
• Proven leadership experience directly managing a team of 10 or more staff within a multinational corporation.
• Solid experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• Experience in continuous improvement within a dynamic, high-tech environment.
• Field experience in service execution or engineering is preferred.
• Experience deploying LEAN mindset and tools is preferred.
