What you will do

• Monitor and drive supplier logistics performance from incident resolution to structural improvement.
• Optimize supplier manufacturing processes by improving logistics, manpower, and capacity sufficiency.
• Develop technical competencies within hirify.global, including SPC, lean manufacturing, and FMEA.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, quality managers, and procurement to ensure material availability.
• Manage performance for a selected number of suppliers and their n-tier partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management.
• 5–15 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with supply chain processes in a production environment.
• Proven track record in high-tech industry improvement projects.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan.
