What you will do

• Serve as the primary NPI point of contact for cold plate and liquid-cooling material readiness.
• Manage material readiness for assigned programs from prototype through production launch.
• Oversee supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and capacity constraints.
• Drive procurement strategies to support NPI builds and qualification activities.
• Partner with engineering and contract manufacturers to resolve material issues and supply risks.
• Track and communicate key material risks and recovery plans to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, or NPI Operations.
• Experience supporting NPI programs in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and material procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage supplier escalations and drive issue resolution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting liquid-cooled products, thermal solutions, or complex mechanical assemblies.
• Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers throughout Asia.
• Knowledge of MRP and PLM systems.
• Experience supporting high-volume production ramps.
