What you will do

• Lead business development initiatives related to supply chain and manufacturing partnerships.
• Source, engage, and negotiate with OEM, ODM, and strategic suppliers.
• Build and expand an outsourced manufacturing and partner ecosystem.
• Develop commercial partnership strategies for hardware manufacturing, including structure, terms, and collaboration models.
• Drive improvements across cost, quality, and scalability within the supply chain operation.
• Partner with Engineering and Finance to align on product requirements and business model assumptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing.
• Strong commercial and business-oriented focus with proven negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of hardware manufacturing supply chain ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience negotiating OEM/ODM and outsourced manufacturing engagements.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Ability to identify and pursue partnership opportunities within the supply chain ecosystem.
