Supply Chain Partnership Development (Hardware Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead business development initiatives for supply chain and manufacturing partnerships.
• Source, engage, and negotiate with OEMs, ODMs, and strategic suppliers.
• Build and expand an outsourced manufacturing and partner ecosystem.
• Develop commercial partnership strategies, including structures, terms, and collaboration models.
• Improve cost, quality, and scalability across supply chain operations.
• Work with Engineering and Finance on product requirements, cost structures, business model assumptions, and long-term supplier relationship strategies; expand manufacturing and sourcing networks across Asia and globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing with a strong commercial or business-oriented focus.
• Solid understanding of hardware manufacturing supply chain ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience negotiating OEM/ODM and outsourced manufacturing engagements.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities within the supply chain ecosystem.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
