2027 Software Dev Engineer Intern

What you will do

• Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-disciplinary teams to design and launch products and services.
• Build technologies for large distributed computing environments.
• Develop distributed storage, indexing, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, cost-efficient, and easy to manage.
• Create solutions for running predictions on distributed systems.
• Deliver high-quality software in an agile environment while contributing to mission-critical projects.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field at the time of application.
• Knowledge of C, C++, Python, Java, or Perl.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Ability to work on complex technical challenges involving distributed systems, scalability, security, automation, or data mining.

Nice to have

• Previous technical internship experience.
• Experience with distributed or multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Experience with linear programming or nonlinear optimization.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Experience prioritizing needs and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
