TL;DR

Community Growth Lead (Community & Revenue): Build the link between CFO Connect and hirify.global by designing nurture programs, member lifecycle, and hand-offs that turn community engagement into pipeline and revenue, with an accent on attribution measurement and cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, and Marketing. Focus on scaling a customer advocacy community, running a multi-format event program, and creating a content engine that amplifies CFO Connect while feeding market intelligence back into the business.

hirify.global is a spend management and procurement platform with CFO Connect at the heart of its community mission.

What you will do

  • Turn CFO Connect into a revenue engine by designing the virtuous circle between community engagement and hirify.global pipeline, including nurture programs and sales hand-offs.
  • Define and scale a hirify.global customer advocacy community: activate the first cohort of advocates and architect how it connects to and amplifies CFO Connect.
  • Own the event program (webinars, executive dinners, expert workshops, flagship summits) in coordination with internal stakeholders to drive TOFU engagement and sponsor outcomes.
  • Build a content engine for CFO Connect as a platform for finance leader conversations (blogs, research reports, expert roundups, member resources, and co-authored content).
  • Run a market intelligence loop by surfacing member/customer insights back into Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Create a measurement framework with an attribution model and leading/lagging indicators to tell the community-to-revenue story internally.

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling a community with commercial intent.
  • Strong organizational skills to run an ongoing and diverse event program.
  • Ability to leverage CRM tools and email marketing to manage a sophisticated member lifecycle.
  • Finance background or strong curiosity to immerse in finance leadership and the CFO audience.
  • Commercial mindset and high collaboration skills.
