TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (minimum 12 days per month in-office)

What you will do

  • Own and execute the local marketing strategy for Rides in France to drive measurable growth.
  • Plan and deliver social-first campaigns to generate organic attention and strong local engagement.
  • Lead local social media execution and collaborate with creators and influencers to produce high-impact content.
  • Identify and activate scalable local partnerships that support acquisition and brand growth.
  • Support vertical-led initiatives, including airport activations, venue branding, and car branding.
  • Manage budgets and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns against CAC, CPA, CTR, and LTV.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, ideally within app-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands.
  • Experience leading small, high-performing marketing teams across demand and supply initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of brand, social, partnerships, and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and optimizing campaigns against core growth metrics.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.
