What you will do

• Execute regional marketing campaigns across EMEA, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
• Coordinate product launches and align promotional materials and lead generation activities with sales teams and distributors.
• Create marketing content and translate complex technical scientific data into compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and trends to inform regional strategy.
• Provide operational support and project tracking to ensure the timely execution of multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 1–2 years of experience in ingredient supply or distribution, preferably in cosmetics or personal care.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills within multicultural, international environments.
