Organisational Development Specialist (HR/OD): Designing and enhancing the employee journey and organisational effectiveness with an accent on employee experience, culture, and change management. Focus on translating data-driven insights into practical initiatives to improve retention, alignment, and organizational growth.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)

What you will do

  • Design and implement a group-wide employee experience framework covering the full lifecycle from attraction to exit.
  • Drive organisational development initiatives, including team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and cultural diagnostics.
  • Apply change management frameworks and conduct impact assessments for people, IT, and business transformation projects.
  • Analyse employee engagement data and pulse checks to translate insights into practical improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent teams to align leadership development and succession planning.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for HR leadership and board governance forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, Organisational Development, and/or Change Management.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-site organisations, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence all business levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable people initiatives.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development or Change Management.
  • Professional qualifications in Industrial Psychology.
  • Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
