What you will do

• Lead complex people and organizational development projects across the global company.
• Drive transformation initiatives to support business growth, scalability, and overall performance.
• Manage people digitalization and process improvement efforts.
• Oversee organizational and people-related activities during mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Develop and implement operating models, governance structures, and optimized ways of working.
• Drive change management initiatives and support leadership through significant restructuring efforts.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for Norwegian security clearance at SECRET level.
• Leadership experience in large, complex commercial or international matrix organizations.
• Proven track record in organizational development, change management, and restructuring initiatives.
• Expertise in Norwegian employment law and labour relations.
• English and Norwegian: C1 (Excellent) proficiency required in both written and spoken forms.
• Relevant higher education degree.
