What you will do

• Act as the dedicated regional point of contact for employees and managers across the UK.
• Manage end-to-end change management programs, including restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE.
• Coach managers on performance management, sickness, absence, conduct, and capability issues.
• Represent the People team in monthly payroll meetings and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support redeployment and drive employee engagement.
• Provide accurate guidance on UK employment law and HR protocols.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute to the office.
• Proven experience as an HR generalist in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong demonstrable experience dealing with complex employee relations issues (disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies).
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and legislation.
• Ability to manage high volumes of tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Tenacious, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
