Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 4 days remote per month and 3 weeks remote per year).

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, supporting them through the full employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on performance management, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive performance management cycles and support workforce planning in a fast-evolving context.
• Leverage people data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and inform decision-making.
• Design and build AI agents to automate and enhance People Partnership processes.
• Contribute to Works Council (CSE) topics and ensure proper follow-up.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French required.
• Proven seniority in a People Partner role within a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of GTM populations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in building models and interpreting people analytics.
• Hands-on experience or strong appetite for building AI agents and automating HR workflows.
• Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
